The short version
Your workflows and your submissions are yours. We keep them private, we don’t sell them, and you can export or delete them whenever you want. Use the service lawfully and keep your account credentials safe.
1. The service
Systematically lets organizations build checklists, forms, and workflows; assign them to their people; collect validated submissions from mobile devices; and automate follow-up actions. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts and workspaces
A workspace belongs to the organization that creates it. Workspace administrators control who can build, assign, fill, and view workflows. You’re responsible for activity under your credentials — keep them safe.
3. Your data
Everything entered into your workspace — workflow definitions, submissions, photos, signatures — belongs to your organization. We process it solely to provide the service: storage, validation, analytics, and the automations you configure. Administrators can export workspace data at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use.
- No attempts to access other workspaces’ data or disrupt the service.
- No collecting data through the service that you have no lawful basis to collect.
5. Plans and billing
Plans and per-user pricing are described on the pricing page. You can change or cancel anytime; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Enterprise terms are governed by your order form where one exists.
6. Availability
We aim for the service to be available continuously; the contractual 99.95% uptime SLA applies to Enterprise plans. Offline submissions sync when a connection returns.
7. Termination
Your organization may delete its workspace at any time, which deletes its data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
